DETOX THERAPEUTIC MINERAL SOAK

A simple, unscented detoxifying mineral soak for easing tension, pain and discomfort.  Great as a whole body soak, or for focused soaks of hands or feet.  Therapeutic baths are best when the body is well hydrated, and are especially wonderful right before bed.  

Ingredients:  activated charcoal, Hawaiian black salt, Himalayan pink sea salt, epsom salt, baking soda and bentonite clay.

To Use: use 1-2x week maximum, working up to a 20 minute soaking session.  Add desired amount to comfortably hot water.  If desired, add skin safe essential oils to the water and mix well.  Rinse body and soaking vessel after use.
